DXL360/S series dual axis level

1) DXL360S high accuracy ±(0.05°+ 1%), high resolution 0.01°;
DXL360 high accuracy ±(0.1°+ 1%), high resolution 0.02°;
2) It can measure single-axis and double-axis tilt angles, and the large-screen LCD clearly displays the angle.
3) USB charger, lithium battery charging;
4) V-groove design, easy to work in pipes or corners;
5) There are strong magnetism around the inside of the instrument, which can be adsorbed on iron objects for a long time;
6) The sound alarm angle range can be set to facilitate product verification;
7) Absolute mode measurement (equivalent to the earth's horizontal plane), relative mode measurement, and recalculation of the initial angle of measurement (any plane can be set as the relative zero plane, and the measured plane reading is the relative zero plane inclination);
8) Self-calibration function, you can operate and calibrate according to the instructions above, you don’t have to worry about the direction calibration error, and the calibration direction error prevention function is added;
9) The function of converting the unit of length and dimension is added, and the inclination error of a 1m-long object can be directly converted to mm reading;

Product Instructions:

1) Before measuring, make sure that the reference surface (installation surface) of the inclinometer is clean and parallel to the direction to be measured, and the reading can only be performed after the object to be measured is stabilized.
2) Please install the digital inclinometer according to the correct method. Improper installation will lead to measurement errors;
3) The installation surface of the digital display inclinometer and the surface of the object to be measured should be fixed as closely, flat and stable as possible. If the installation surface is uneven, it will easily cause the measurement angle error of the instrument
4) The axis of the digital display inclinometer and the axis to be measured should be kept as parallel as possible, and there should be no angle between the two axes as much as possible.
5) If it is not used for a long time, or the temperature difference is large, the geographical position offset and other factors, you can find a relatively flat plane by yourself and calibrate it according to the method above in the manual!
